BLOOM is a high performance flexible foam made from algae biomass harvested from freshwater sources around the world. The BLOOM foam process:
 
• Helps improve the quality of waterways by removing excess algae that harms plants, animals and people who depend on the ecosystem for survival.
• Recycles fresh water in the habitat.
• Facilitates the capture and sequestration of CO2. We literally scrape the scum from ponds, dry and spray them before foaming them to create a pad that helps rebalance natural ecology and reduces our reliance on non-renewable oils.
 
Thanks to this patented algae technology, we have created a product with increased durability, better shock absorption and reduced weight compared to conventional foams.
The packaging is made with post-consumer media, soy-based inks and biodegradable packaging.
